To Do List Opposite. My Stop it list.

I was reading the Success Magazine the other day and saw an excellent side bar by Darren Hardy on why you should create a Stop Doing List. At the time I read it I did not think much about it but it has been bugging me in a very annoying way. I think he might be on to some thing here. I am a constant list maker and find myself using them very effectively to track how things get done in my life. The idea of a Stop Doing List had never occurred to me but I like it. So, let’s brainstorm…what should we stop doing….?
Stop doing things that are not worth my time.
Stop working late at home.
Stop eating out for lunch everyday. Eat healthier and bring my own lunch.
Stop being in such a hurry all he time. Slow down, smile, say hi and relax a little.
Stop hurrying through e-mails and take the time to write e-mails that are well worded messages

Other great ideas from Darren Hardy's blog:
STOP doing important things last minute.
STOP doing projects and tasks that don’t fall into my top 3 priorities, delegate them instead.
STOP reading all emails to the end (I do not need to read them all).
STOP doing personal issues during business time and vice versa.
STOP procrastinating regarding the most important (#1 task of the day).
STOP fooling/convincing myself that I’m doing my best.
STOP logging on my computer first thing on weekend mornings.
STOP multitasking and practice more focus.
STOP worrying about things that I have no control over.

Comments? What is it that you want to stop doing?
